Orchid Couture is a UK-based fashion brand operating under a private label manufacturing model. All products are designed and manufactured on our behalf and shipped directly from our partner production facility in Bangladesh.

Use of Website

You agree to use the Website lawfully and refrain from any misuse, including fraudulent transactions, hacking, or spreading malicious content.

Product Information, Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Product availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
Minor variations in size or colour may occur due to supplier manufacturing processes.

We accept:

- Klarna (eligible UK customers)
- Apple Pay & Google Pay

Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. We do not store your payment information.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
Customers receive a confirmation email upon successful payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times:
- UK: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- International: 14–30 business days

All orders are shipped directly from our facility in Bangladesh. Tracking information is provided when available. Customs charges and duties for international shipments are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached.
Returns are not accepted for underwear, swimwear, or custom items unless faulty.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of item inspection.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Report faulty/incorrect items within 7 days of receipt. Email us with:

- Photos/videos of the issue
- Description of the problem

We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:
- Delivery delays caused by couriers or customs
- Minor product discrepancies
